Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

Certain items, such as perishable pet treats, custom-made items, or gift cards, cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
 
Exchanges
Need a different size or replacement? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order after your refund is approved.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Costs
